Jason Henry Hunt respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit this site or contact the studio, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect

When you email the studio or use the inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and your message about a commission, restoration or available work. If you purchase work through the online store, we receive the order and the shipping and contact details needed to fulfil it.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and taps on email, phone and contact links) to help us understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out through your browser settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Payments and the online store

Checkout and payment for any work bought through the store are handled by Square (Block, Inc.) under its own privacy and security terms. We do not see or store your full card details; we receive only the order and fulfilment information needed to ship your purchase.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss and carry out commissions or restorations, and fulfil orders. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to do the work you asked for (for example shipping carriers, or a gallery handling a sale), and with the payment processor above. Those parties handle your data under their own terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep records only as long as needed to complete your request and meet our records obligations. Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
